Project Overview
This project, named JTC - Expansion, was a full-scale compound development commissioned by Loyalty Support Services. The site is located in Al Ghabawi, and the project duration was four months. The core objective was to create a complete and integrated compound with luxury hotel-style accommodation buildings and full infrastructure.
Scope of Work
The main work included a wide range of tasks, from civil and mechanical works to electrical infrastructure and the construction of multiple buildings.
- Building Construction: The project involved the construction of six luxury, hotel-style residential buildings, along with additional service buildings and metal canopies for outdoor areas.
- Electrical Infrastructure: A major part of the project was the comprehensive electrical infrastructure installation. This included the laying of power cables and the fabrication and distribution of a variety of electrical panels across the entire site, including ATS, LT, MDB, and SMDB panels.
- Mechanical and Civil Works: The team was responsible for the supply and installation of both drinking and irrigation water networks throughout the compound. This also included the installation of multi-stage booster pumps with VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives).
- Site and Road Works: Significant effort was dedicated to site preparation, including the paving of all roads within the compound, the creation of service yards, and the construction of parking lots and security towers.
- Security and Fencing: The entire site was secured with the installation of pre-cast walls, providing a complete and enclosed perimeter.
